I’m pleased to inform you that the Association Health Benefits Plan will renew effective February 1, 2006.  This plan is underwritten by Capital Blue Cross and administered by Health Advisors Group.  

All members of PAIFA and their employees are eligible for full coverage.  You cannot be refused coverage, nor can your coverage be cancelled; only you have this ability. 

Blue Cross plans are unique because they have over 50 years experience in providing nationally recognized access to quality health coverage.  As a subscriber you take advantage of the following: 

·       No physical exams required for coverage

·      Identification card recognized around the world

·      Guaranteed rates to Feb. 1, 2007

·      Few, if any, claim forms

·       Prompt and accurate claims processing

·      Affiliation with the National Blue Cross system

 We have made every effort to avail a program that would benefit all.   Members will have the option of choosing one of four plans: 

  1. Our HIGH OPTION plan is the Traditional Program.
  2. Our MID-RANGE OPTION plan is the PPO Program
  3. Our LOW OPTION plan is the Comprehensive Program
  4. Our SENIOR OPTION plan is the Senior Program

All plans include Vision and Rx programs.   

To round out your coverage, we have added the option of a dental program through Delta Dental.
