Marrazzo, Jr., President DATE: January 2008 This announcement is to inform you that the Association Health Benefits Plan will be changing effective February 1, 2008. The plan will be underwritten by Highmark Blue Shield for group sizes 2 or more; Capital Blue Cross will continue to underwrite seniors; and the plan will continue to be administered by Health Advisors Group. All members of NAIFA Pennsylvania and their employees are eligible for full coverage. You cannot be refused coverage, nor can your coverage be cancelled (except for non payment of premiums due by the due date); only you have this ability. Both Highmark Blue Shield and Capital Blue Cross plans are unique because they have many years experience in providing nationally recognized access to quality health coverage. We have made every effort to avail a program that would benefit all. Members will have the option of choosing one of our many plan options. All plans include Rx programs with optional vision available. To round out your coverage, you can elect an option of a dental program through United Concordia.
